Monitoring and reverse proxy images changelog

The Gluesync kits run Grafana (dashboards), Prometheus (metrics) and Traefik (reverse proxy) from images that MOLO17 builds and publishes on Docker Hub as molo17/grafana, molo17/prometheus and molo17/traefik. New kits no longer include Portainer (container management); installations that already run it keep receiving molo17/portainer updates. The images are available for Linux (amd64 and arm64) and for Windows Server 2019 and 2022 (Nano Server, process isolation). New kits use the latest published versions. Gluesync Control moves an existing installation to them when it updates, see Gluesync Control for Windows and Gluesync Control for Linux.

    Grafana

    13.0.11.dashboard3

    Released: October 25, 2026

    • Updated Grafana from 13.0.2 (Linux) and 12.1.0 (Windows Server) to 13.0.11. Linux and Windows now run the same version.

    • Fixes the critical and high security vulnerabilities reported in the previous images (for example in the Go runtime and bundled libraries).

    • The Core Hub metrics dashboard and the Prometheus data source are provisioned as before.

    • Windows Server: the image now starts Grafana with grafana.exe server, because Grafana 13 no longer ships grafana-server.exe. The plugin loading errors that Grafana 12.1 logged at startup no longer appear.

    • Upstream notes: Grafana 13.0.11 release notes.

    Prometheus

    3.15.1

    Released: October 25, 2026

    • Updated Prometheus from 3.12.0 (Linux) and 3.5.0 (Windows Server) to 3.15.1. Linux and Windows now run the same version.

    • Fixes the critical and high security vulnerabilities reported in the previous images.

    • Configuration, command line and scrape targets are unchanged.

    • Upstream notes: Prometheus 3.15.1 release notes.

    Traefik

    3.7.16

    Released: October 25, 2026

    • Updated Traefik from 3.7.4 (Linux and Windows Server 2022) and 3.4.1 (Windows Server 2019) to 3.7.16. All platforms now run the same version.

    • Fixes the critical and high security vulnerabilities reported in the previous images.

    • Windows Server 2019: Traefik no longer publishes a Windows Server 2019 image after 3.4.1, so MOLO17 now builds this image from the official Traefik release for Windows (checksum verified) on Nano Server 2019. It behaves like the other images: same configuration path (C:\etc\traefik), same ports, same Docker connection.

    • Upstream notes: Traefik 3.7.16 release notes.

    Portainer

    2.39.8

    Released: October 25, 2026

    • Updated Portainer from 2.39.3 (Linux), 2.35.0 (Windows Server 2019) and 2.37.0 (Windows Server 2022) to 2.39.8, the current long-term support release. All platforms now run the same version.

    • Fixes the critical and high security vulnerabilities reported in the previous images.

    • Ports and configuration are unchanged.

    • Upstream notes: Portainer 2.39.8 release notes.
